2. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order.
3. CBD Products
We sell products containing cannabidiol (CBD) and/or hemp-derived ingredients.
Products are supplied only for their stated intended purpose.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and lawfully authorised, our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness or medical condition.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice.
We do not make medicinal claims about our products.
Where a product is regulated as a food, food supplement, cosmetic or another regulated product, the product will be supplied and marketed in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to that product.
CBD food products are subject to the UK novel-food regulatory framework. Where applicable, products offered for sale must meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from this website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the customer is under 18 or where age cannot reasonably be verified.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, CBD concentrations, quantities and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.
Customers should always read the product label and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Health and Safety
CBD products should be used only in accordance with the instructions provided with the relevant product.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or have concerns about using CBD, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a CBD product.
Our products are not intended for children.
7. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
an obvious pricing or description error has occurred;
-
we cannot verify the customer's age where verification is required;
-
we suspect fraud or misuse;
-
delivery to the requested destination is prohibited;
-
fulfilling the order would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements; or
-
a payment has not been successfully authorised.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
8. Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is formed when we accept your order.
Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance if the order is subsequently rejected for a legitimate reason.
9. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Delivery charges are displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not have access to your complete payment-card details where payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
11. Delivery
We deliver orders to the destinations shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless another period has been agreed, applicable UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
12. International Orders
Where international delivery is offered, the customer is responsible for checking that the purchase, importation, possession and use of the relevant product is lawful in the destination country.
CBD regulations differ substantially between countries.
We do not guarantee that a product which may be lawfully sold in the UK may be imported into another country.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
We may cancel an international order where we reasonably believe that delivery would breach applicable law.
13. Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
You normally have a further 14 days after notifying us to return the goods.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply.
Please see our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy for full details.
UK government guidance confirms the general 14-day cancellation period for online purchases and the additional 14-day return period.
14. Sealed Products
Certain sealed products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where the legal conditions for the health-protection or hygiene exception are satisfied and the seal has been broken after delivery.
This does not remove any statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.
15. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you should contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to:
