We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@isolatecbduk.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened CBD products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
